How to make
Cut the cleaned chicken into pieces suitable for frying.
Dip each piece in oil, roll it in flour, then in the whisked eggs and finally in a blend of flour and paprika.
Drop the pieces in a pan with heated oil and fry to an appetizing and even crisp.
Do not place the pieces of fried chicken on top of each other, otherwise the crumbing will fall off.
Serve the fried chicken with sauces, salads or mashed potatoes.
