How to make
Wash the zucchini, julienne them into large strips. Salt and pour vinegar over them, let sit for 15 min.
Chop the onions finely, braise them in the butter and mix with the flour. Add the zucchini to this roux, fry for a bit and pour in the milk slowly while stirring.
Add chopped dill and boil the dish until it thickens.
You can serve the Hungarian-style zucchini with egg dishes, fried cheese, toast or meatballs.
