Ingredients

  • catfish - 1
  • black pepper
  • allspice
  • cloves
  • lemon zest
  • oil

How to make

Wash the catfish, dry it and cut it into coarse slices.

Chop all of the spices finely or mash them.

Rub each fish slice with the spice blend. Heat oil and fry the slices on both sides.

When serving, pour lemon juice over it.
