How to make
Boil the rice in a little warm water until it swells. Add it to the mince while still warm. Knead well with half the savory and salt.
Make meatballs the size of a walnut. Cut the onions into slices, salt them and saute in 2-3 tablespoons of water in a covered container.
Add the tomatoes, broth (can use warm water instead) and paprika. Roll the meatballs in flour and drop them in.
Salt to taste and add the remaining savory. Boil on low heat until the meatballs are cooked.
