"Garnish the chocolate chia pudding with roasted crushed hazelnuts and serve this sweet treat."

Ingredients

  • milk - 21 fl oz (620 ml)
  • chia - 3.9 oz (110 g)
  • white chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g) fondant for melting
  • dark chocolate - 2.5 oz (70 g) fondant for melting
  • vanilla sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • honey - or another sweetener to taste
  • hazelnuts - roasted without salt, for garnish
measures

How to make

Divide the milk into two equal parts and heat each to boiling point. Remove from the heat and crumble the white chocolate into one milk, and the dark chocolate into the other.

Stir until the chocolate has completely melted and has dissolved perfectly in the milk.

Taste the mixtures and if necessary, sweeten them further. The chocolate itself is sweet enough, but it is still a matter of taste.

Add vanilla sugar to the white mixture for flavor.

Let them cool, but not completely.

Then add 2.1 oz (60 g) of chia seeds to the white mixture and 40-50 g to the brown mixture. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Let it sit for a few hours until the seeds swell and a thick cream is obtained. Usually 3 hours is enough, but you can also prepare them the night before, so that they are ready the next day.

If the chia pudding is too thick, thin it out with a little milk, if it is too thin, refrigerate it for about an hour.

In transparent cups, alternate layers of both colors of chia pudding. You can make two or more layers. The portions depend on the size of the cups.

Garnish the chocolate chia pudding with roasted crushed hazelnuts and serve.
