How to make
Pour half the amount of almond milk in the middle of the bowl and dissolve the matcha in it well. Pour the remaining milk and stir.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds. Stir well.
Cover the finished pudding with cling film and leave it in the fridge overnight or at least for 2-3 hours.
Before consumption, decorate the matcha chia pudding with fruit of your choice.
