How to make
In a suitable pot, pour 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of oil and put it on the stove to boil. This is also the moment to add a few drops of vanilla essence and, if desired, a few tablespoons of sugar, but I prefer their neutral taste.
When the mixture boils, pour the flour all at once and stir with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until the dough starts to easily peel off the sides of the pot.
Transfer the finished steamed dough into a bowl and let it cool.
Once it has cooled, beat the eggs one by one.
Your steamed dough for eclairs and profiteroles is ready!
