  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • powdered sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
  • vanilla - 2 powders (4 g)

How to make

Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla in a saucepan on the hob and beat until the mixture thickens.

Remove the cream from the heat and continue to beat it until it cools down.

All kinds of pastries and eclairs can be filled with this cream.

To make it easier, you can add 1 tbsp. flour to thicken it, before putting the mixture on the stove.
