How to make
Heat the water and milk in a suitable cookware. Add the butter and salt.
After it boils, pour the flour all at once and by using a wooden spoon, stir vigorously, until the dough begins to separate from the bowl.
Cool it briefly. Add the eggs one at a time, by mixing vigorously with a mixer, until they are absorbed.
The steamed dough can be used for eclairs, sponge cake layers and other desserts, garnished with cream.
The universal steamed dough is ready.
