How to make
Peel the apples, cut them into slices, wrap them in foil and bake for 15 min. at 360°F (180°C). Mash them.
Beat the egg whites into snow, gradually add the powdered sugar. Pour the lemon juice over the gelatin and heat in a water bath until fully dissolved.
Pour this into the cooled apple puree and then add the egg whites. Put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool. Cut it and serve covered with honey.
