How to make
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, saffron threads that you have previously soaked in two tablespoons of warm water for ten minutes, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and paprika.
Spread the steaks with the mixture and leave them to marinate for at least half an hour at room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Sear the steaks for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and well cooked on the inside.
Transfer them to a suitable baking tray. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
Add the white wine after the steaks have been seared. Let them cook for 30 minutes until the alcohol has evaporated and the sauce has reduced slightly.
Add the honey at the end of cooking, stirring the sauce well. Cook the pork roast until done.
