How to make
Cut the meat into small steaks. Season it with soy sauce, Teriyaki and the herbs.
Season with salt. Leave it for about 1 hour to absorb the flavors.
Arrange the meat in a ovenproof glass pot. Put the lid on and roast, until the meat is soft and brown in color.
Before it's done, sprinkle the roasted pork with the grated Gouda and bake until it melts.
The roasted pork with herbs is very tasty.
