  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1 cup
  • corn flour - 1 cup
  • wheat flour - 1/4 cup
  • baking powder - 1 cup
  • brown sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • blueberries - 1 cup
  • maple syrup

How to make

In a bowl, beat two large eggs with a wire whisk. Pour a cup of milk and mix.

In another bowl, mix the two types of flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Mix the dry ingredients well and add them to the egg mixture in several batches.

Mix well until you get a smooth mixture with a thick consistency.

Grease a shallow pan or plate with butter and pour a ladle of the mixture, forming small pancakes.

Place a few blueberries in the middle. If you don't have fresh ones, you can use frozen, but make sure they are dried well from the water.
