How to make
I made this tortilla pizza in an air fryer, but you can also use an oven.
Grate the cheese and divide it into two equal parts.
Place baking paper in the air fryer or if you are using an oven, place the paper in a tray or directly on the oven rack.
Place one tortilla on the paper, place bacon slices and sprinkle with one part of the grated cheese.
Cover with the other tortilla, spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Close up the air fryer and bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes.
If you are going to bake it in the oven, bake at 360°F (180°C) until golden brown.
Remove and while still warm, slice and eat.
With tortillas you can make great tacos or try our tortilla chips.
