How to make
Melt the milk and dark chocolate in a water bath in a suitable container. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Melt the white chocolate separately.
In a suitable chocolate-sized mold or ice cream box, pour a thin stream of the white chocolate into the bottom of the mold. This will create patterns on the chocolate after it is served.
Take half of the melted milk and dark chocolate and pour it into a rubber mold. Put it in the fridge to set.
While the chocolate is cooling, prepare the filling by cutting the kadaif and frying it in a pan with the butter until golden.
Once ready, mix it with the pistachio cream and sesame tahini. Mix until smooth.
Remove the cooled chocolate mold from the fridge and add the kadaif filling.
Pour over the remaining melted milk and dark chocolate and return to the freezer or refrigerator until completely set.
Break into pieces and serve the Dubai chocolate.
