How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla in a suitable bowl.
Blend the cottage cheese and add it to the egg and sugar. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture.
Finally, add the coconut flour. We knead the resulting dough very well with a spoon!
In a pan with a non-stick bottom, greased with coconut oil on a low heat, fry the patties.
Form patty with hands into an oval, flat shape. Cover the patties with a lid while frying them until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the finished syrniki with coconut flour warm, topped with a spoonful of honey and fruits as desired!
