How to make
The prunes should be dried without pits. Split each prune with a sharp knife and insert a piece of walnut into the hole.
In a water bath in a small jar, break the chocolate and put the coconut oil and let them melt.
Mix and using a toothpick, dip each resulting candy in the melted chocolate and place on a tray covered with paper.
Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Remove from the paper and arrange the choco truffles in a bowl.
These homemade prune and walnut truffles are a treat for young and old.
