How to make
In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with baking powder, cinnamon and coarsely chopped walnuts, mix.
In the bowl in which you will mix the cake, beat the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer to a fluffy cream. Add the fresh milk, oil and mix again.
Add the mixed dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until smooth. At the end, add the grated carrots and mix again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with flour cake tin.
Lightly shake the form and place it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until done. Remove the cake tin and leave for 10 minutes to cool, then carefully turn the cake onto a suitable plate.
While still warm, spread a honey glaze of 2 tbsp. honey dissolved in 4 tbsp. hot water.
The walnut, carrot and cinnamon cake is very tasty.
