How to make
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, beat about 10 min. with a mixer. Then gradually add the oil and continue beating. Add the baking soda to the yoghurt and add it to the egg mixture.
Wash the apples, cut them, put in a chopper to turn them into a puree. Add the apple puree to the other mixture, then add the vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour in flour until the mixture thickens. Pour it into a suitable oiled tray and bake at 320°F (160 °C) until ready.
