  • pumpkin - 9 oz (250 g)
  • corn flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • butter - for spreading

How to make

Combine the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat lightly with a wire whisk.

Add the cream and mix again.

Add the corn flour and baking powder and mix the waffle batter with a whisk.

Grate the pumpkin, add it to the dough and mix again with a spatula.
