Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • leek - 1 stalk
  • red peppers - 1
  • parsley - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • dill - 5 sprigs
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • black bread - 2 slices
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The mushrooms for the salad are cleaned and cut into slices.

They are stewed in the oil for 5 minutes along with the leeks and the chopped pepper.

Add vinegar, garlic, parsley and dill and mix well.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
