How to make
The pork is cut into steaks.
Season them with spices and soy sauce and leave them. I left them in the fridge for about 24 hours.
Put a little fat in the bottom of a baking pan.
The steaks are arranged and roasted (the heat depends on the oven, I set mine to 480°F (250°C) and then reduced it to 360°F (180°C)).
During roasting, it is possible for a lot of water to separate from the meat. Personally, I decided to pour it out.
Continue roasting until done or until the steaks with cumin acquire an appetizing color.
