How to make
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, preferably peeling them first.
Peeling the tomatoes is easiest by lightly scratching a section of it and dropping it into boiling water for a few seconds, then plunging it into cold water.
Dice the peppers as well. Fry them in heated oil. Put the lid on and stew for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes and continue to stew until they soften.
Beat the eggs with salt and while stirring constantly, add them into the pan. As soon as the egg turns white, the mish mash is ready.
The Turkish-Style Mish Mash is very tasty.
