"An appetizing soup with oyster mushrooms and garlic, you must try it"

Ingredients

  • oyster mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 1 level top tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
  • water - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • flour - 2 tbsp. without a tip
  • fresh garlic
  • vinegar - optional

How to make

The oyster mushrooms are washed and dried well.

The thick stumps are cut off because they are tough, and the other part is cut into medium-sized pieces like for soup.

Melt 2/3 of the butter in a small pot. Add pieces of mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Let the mushrooms soften and release the sauce, stirring periodically.

Add the flour, stir quickly, so that there are no lumps, and pour the warm water in parts, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the milk, reduce the heat and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.

Foam is produced during boiling - do not cover with a lid. Season with salt to taste.

Melt butter and olive oil in a small pan, add paprika, stir quickly and pour 1 spoonful of mushroom broth.

Then it is poured back into the appetizing mushroom soup. In a minute oyster mushroom soup is ready.

You determine the thickness, if you want a thinner soup, pour a little more milk or water.

The Oyster Mushroom and Garlic Soup is served warm with fresh garlic and vinegar if desired!
