How to make
Clean, wash and thinly chop the mushrooms. In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, cumin, sweet and hot red pepper.
Season the mushrooms with the spices and let them absorb for 10 minutes. Heat the oil, roll the mushrooms in flour and fry until done.
Serve the spicy mushrooms as a starter or a delicious beer appetizer.
