Ingredients

  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oyster mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • dried thyme - 1 tsp.
  • mushroom broth - 1 cube
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp. ground

How to make

Heat the butter and olive oil in a small pot and fry the chopped onion and garlic.

Add the cleaned from the stems mushrooms and leave them to stew, until they aquire a golden color.

Dissolve the broth in a liter and a half of warm water and pour it into the pot.

Season the mushroom soup with salt, black pepper and dry thyme and leave it for about 30 minutes on the stove at a moderate temperature.

Leave it to cool and then blend it.
