"Spicy oyster mushroom - a great appetizer for homemade wine or other favourite drink"

Ingredients

  • oyster mushroom - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • hot red pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • sweet red pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - for rolling
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Clean, wash and thinly chop the mushrooms. In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, cumin, sweet and hot red pepper.

Season the mushrooms with the spices and let them absorb for 10 minutes. Heat the oil, roll the mushrooms in flour and fry until done.

Serve the spicy mushrooms as a starter or a delicious beer appetizer.

Note: The amount of spices may vary according to your personal taste.
