Ingredients

  • peppers - 11 lb (5 kg), red
  • tomato paste - 3 1/3 cups (800 g)
  • honey - 2/3 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup heated
  • salt - 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch, chopped
  • garlic - pressed or chopped, optional

How to make

Bake the peppers, clean the seeds and stems and peel them. Put them in a food grinder and add the tomato paste, honey, hot oil, salt and parsley to them.

If you like, you can add garlic. Divide into jars, close them and sterilize them for about 20-30 minutes.
