Ingredients

  • peppers - 11 lb (5 kg), red
  • carrots - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • tomato paste - 1/2 jar
  • chili peppers - red, to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Roast the peppers, peel and chop them, boil the carrots and grate them.

Mix everything well and add the tomato paste. Pour the hot oil over the mixture. Stir well and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Sterilize the filled jars for 10 minutes.
