Ingredients

  • peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg ) green
  • chili peppers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dill - 4 - 5 bunches, fresh
  • parsley - 4 - 5 bunches, fresh
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • wine vinegar - 2/5 cup (100 ml) for pickles
  • salt - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Bake and peel the green peppers and chilies. Clean them from the stems and seeds and peel them.

Mash them to a paste using a hand blender, along with the dill and parsley. Add the vinegar, oil, salt and sugar.

Pour this mixture into jars, close and sterilize them for 20-30 minutes.
