How to make
Press the garlic cloves very well and mix them with the salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Chop the parsley finely. Add all this to the melted and cooled butter, which is not yet tight, and mix.
Pour the mixed up butter into a suitable form and put it in the freezer until it sets. To thus made butter, you can add more garlic to taste, parsley or other green seasoning to your liking.
It's excellent for serving with a baked potato, various vegetable and other local dishes. You can brush your chicken with it before you roast it.
