How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt until effervescent and beat it well with the vinegar, butter and vanilla.
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder and add this to the liquids. Stir just enough to mix them - not too long and a uniform consistency is not required.
Leave in a warm place to rise for 15-20 minutes; the dough will become homogenized as it rises. Heat a little oil in a nonstick pan, scoop from the dough with a greased spoon and place the fritters without eggs to fry.
Once ready on one side, turn to the other with a spatula.
