How to make
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Fry the minced meat, stirring to break up the lumps, until the meat begins to brown.
Add the carrots, onion, salt and pepper and mix well. Sauté until the vegetables begin to soften and the meat juice starts to become clear, for about 5 minutes.
Add the wine and fry for 1 min. Serve garnished with stewed potatoes and rice.
