  • beef - 21 oz (600 g)
  • quinces - 3 pieces (about 2 lb (1 kg))
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 2 large
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the cleaned beef into pieces. Fry the meat in oil in an open pressure cooker. Add finely chopped onion, then carrot and fry it. Replenish 1 cup hot water, close the pan and place it over high heat.

Once it whistles, reduce the heat and cook for about 50 minutes. Then let it cool and open it. While waiting to cool, clean the quinces without peeling them and cut them into pieces.

Add them to the pan and sprinkle with flour, black pepper and salt. Close the pan and put it back to cook. When it whistles, reduce heat and boil for 5 minutes again.
