How to make
Soak the crumbs in the milk and let them absorb it. You can replace the crumbs with breadcrumbs, and as a last resort you can also use flour.
Add the swollen crumbs to the minced meat along with the egg, spices, grated parmesan and finely chopped onion and a few spoons of oil.
Knead well and let the minced meat sit for at least 30 minutes if possible.
Form small meatballs and arrange them on baking paper.
Spread each turkey meatball with oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature.
Serve the oven-baked turkey meatballs with a puree of your choice - in this case parsnip puree.
