How to make
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt, black pepper and 1 tbsp. of curry.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil, add the onion cut into crescents and fry until golden.
Add the rest of the spices and mix.
Add the chicken fillet and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the coconut milk, stir, cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve the coconut milk chicken curry with white rice or rice noodles.
