"Homemade tea biscuits are much tastier than ready-made ones from the store - try them and you will see for yourself"

  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 6.4 oz (180 g)

measures

How to make

Heat the oil slightly until it softens. Add powdered sugar and beat until white.

Add the egg yolk. It is mixed well.

Add the flour with the vanilla mixed in the flour. Knead the dough, gradually adding the cocoa, it should not be poured all at once, so that it dissolves well and does not remain in balls.

The cookie dough is placed in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

Small balls are made. Holes are made in the middle of the ball. They are dipped in egg white, and one part of the biscuits can be rolled after the egg white in sugar.

Cookies like the balls are also made by flattening them and putting an almond on top and spreading the egg white with a brush.

The tea biscuits are placed on baking paper on a tray with holes to puff up well.

Bake for 10 minutes at 360°F (180°C) and another 10 minutes at 300°F (150°C). Cocoa tea biscuits are very tasty.
