Ingredients

  • zucchini - 4 pcs. medium - sized
  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • panko breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • oil - for frying
  • For the sauce
  • mayonnaise - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • spring onion - a few
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - a pinch

How to make

Wash the zucchini, remove the bottoms and cut them into slices.

Mix the flour, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.

Roll the zucchini in the mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden.

Take them out onto kitchen paper or a napkin to drain the excess fat.

The dill and spring onions are finely chopped. The garlic is peeled and also finely chopped.

Mix all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce in a bowl, mix well and serve with the zucchini.
