How to make
Mix the cheese and finely chopped garlic, add the spices. Cut off the caps and carefully hollow out the tomatoes. Spread the cheese.
Arrange the tomatoes in a greased baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Remove from the oven, beat an egg into each tomato and put a lump of butter. Bake for another 10 minutes and serve the finished stuffed tomatoes immediately.
