How to make
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the peanut butter and honey and mix well.
Add the oats, coconut shavings and chocolate and mix well to form a thick paste. If it seems too runny add more oats or coconut, it depends on the size of the bananas.
Pour the shaped dough into the baking pan and press very well with your hands so that it becomes smooth and of the same thickness.
Bake the oat bars in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden.
