How to make
In a blender mix the egg, egg white, 0.7 oz (20 g) of oatmeal and blend them.
To the resulting mixture add the remaining 0.7 oz (20 g) of oatmeal and mix it well.
Pour the mixture into a preheated pan and bake the protein pancake.
Once it is done, spread it with peanut butter and add the banana.
The protein pancake with banana and peanut butter is ready.
