Ingredients

  • oats - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • dates - 1 cup grinded
  • honey - 1/4 cup

How to make

Pour the nuts onto baking paper and bake for 10 minutes to grill them.

Mix with the puree of dates and honey and mash with your hands to mix completely

Optionally add raisins and/or nuts.
