How to make

First, wash the potatoes well under running water, they must be washed well, you can also use a brush or wire sponge.

Then we cut the potatoes into four, so-called. wedges, meanwhile we heat the stove and pour the water into a pot.

Add 1 tbsp. salt

Put the potatoes in the boiling water for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).

We prepare the spices for flavoring in a bowl and mix salt - 1 tsp. or less, depending on preference, garlic powder - 1 tsp., rosemary or savory herb - 1 tsp., black pepper - 1/2 tsp., paprika - 1/2 tsp. and some breadcrumbs - 1/2 tsp., oregano if desired.

It depends on your taste and imagination.

We strain the boiled potatoes well and put them in a bowl or a deep dish, in which we add the fat - olive oil and mix.

Add the mixture of dry spices and breadcrumbs and again mix the potatoes well along with the spices.

Carefully mix the potatoes with the spices and pour them into the air fryer.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes until a crispy, delicious crust is obtained.
