Ingredients

  • melon - 1/2
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp. (optional)

How to make

Peel and cut melon into pieces.

Put it in a blender, food processor, whatever you have. Add the milk and honey.

Set it on high speed and blend well so there are no pieces of melon left in the smoothie.

Pour it into glasses and chill the smoothie for half an hour in the fridge before serving.
