How to make
The chokeberry fruit are cleaned and washed.
They are poured with water and boiled to soften the fruits.
They are left to cool and mashed in an enameled container or blended.
They are sprinkled with sugar and kept covered with a lid for a day in a cool place.
The next day, strain the chokeberry syrup through cheesecloth.
Add the citric acid.
The chokeberry juice is poured into bottles, closed with caps and sealed.
