How to make
The okra is cleaned from the stalks and if it is larger, it is cut into pieces. Wash thoroughly with water and salt.
Arrange in the jars, by placing bay leaf, dill and garlic cloves between the okra.
Prepare the brine: 2 parts vinegar, 1 part water and 1/2 cup of salt per liter of liquid.
The brine is boiled and the okra is poured into the jars with the hot brine. Close and turn them over to vacuum seal.
If desired, the pickled okra can be boiled for 5 minutes, but the okra softens.
The pickled okra is ready.
