How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into pieces.
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp. olive oil and fry the meat until golden, adding the thyme after a few minutes.
Add the garlic (finely chopped), onion and green pepper.
Fry for about 5-7 minutes. Add the tomato puree and broth.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and sugar.
Reduce heat and simmer the rabbit stew for about 45 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let the rabbit stew cool slightly and serve it.
