How to make
Prepare a marinade from the water, vinegar, wine, carrots, onions, bay leaf, black pepper and cloves. Leave it to boil for 10 minutes, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Then put the rabbit meat in and leave it to marinate for 8-10 hours, turning the meat every 2 hours.
Afterwards, drain the meat, season it with cleaned garlic cloves and fry the meat in 3/4 cups of preheated oil. Once evenly fried until golden, top it with 1 cup of the marinade, close the pot lid and sauté it. Occasionally, pour in some of the marinade.
Continue sautéeing until the meat is completely soft. Serve the rabbit stew with a side of mashed potatoes, peas, green beans with butter, rice, or macaroni.
