  • puff pastry - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • stracciatella cream - 1 package of Dr. Oetker (60 - 70 g)
  • condensed milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • strawberries - 4 - 5
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Roll out the puff pastry lightly, having previously defrosted it.

Cut it into an even number of rectangles.

Arrange the puff pastry rectangles on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake until golden in a preheated oven.

Beat the cream with the milk, using a mixer, according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the finished puff pastry rectangles through the middle without reaching the end, using a sharp knife.

Put the cream in a piping bag and fill it through the slit.

Arrange the puff pastries on a platter, garnish with strawberry pieces and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
