How to make
In a food processor, I put the walnuts and oregano and grind them into a fine powder.
I pour the broth in a pot. I let it boil on very low heat.
I heat butter in another vessel and wait for it to foam. I add the flour and mix until a paste is obtained, but without it turning brown.
I add the walnuts and broth slowly, stirring and cooking until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken. Strain.
I add the cream, salt and black pepper to taste and blend the spaghetti sauce in the blender.
The walnut sauce with cream is ready.
